What happens after you place your first order
A gradual transition over around 5–7 days is commonly used when changing food, rather than switching abruptly. Follow any plan-specific guidance supplied with your order, and speak to your vet if your dog has a sensitive stomach, a medical condition or a history of reacting badly to diet changes.
Portions aren't fixed once calculated — as your dog's weight, activity or body condition changes, you can update their profile and the recommended daily amount adjusts with it. Delivery has a cut-off point each cycle (shown in your account) up to which you can change meals, pause a box, or update your address before it's packed.
