Bark & Bowl is a fresh dog food subscription service that builds a feeding plan around your dog’s profile and delivers fresh meals to your door.
How are portions calculated?
The wizard uses details such as age, weight, activity, body condition and goals to recommend a starting daily amount. You can adjust as your dog changes.
Can I pause or skip a box?
Yes. Your account area is built so you can pause, skip, change meals, update delivery details or manage your plan online.
Can I use Bark & Bowl for a puppy?
Yes, the plan can take life stage into account. Puppies need careful feeding, so always monitor weight and growth and speak to your vet if you are unsure.
What if my dog has allergies?
Add known allergies or sensitivities in the dog profile wizard. Meals containing those proteins can be filtered out of your plan.
Can I add more than one dog?
Yes. You can add another dog and manage each dog’s plan separately.
When will I be charged?
For renewal orders, Bark & Bowl is designed to charge before the delivery date so there is time to prepare, pack and fulfil your dog’s box.
Can I change my delivery date?
Yes, subject to available delivery dates and order cut-offs.
